Natalie Portman: a Beautiful Role Model for Style Lovers!

In the January (2011) issue of "Vogue," there is a great pictorial and article (the things we love) on Natalie Portman.  She is the actress, so intriguing and dangerously intense that, her new movie "Black Swan" is uninterruptedly spectacular and stunning, though macabre.  She plays a dancer headed for success, only by vying to keep the role of a lifetime.  I think the film observes that back-stabing competition in the work-a-day life is usually all that is what motivates any daily commitment in one's career, once it gets going.  I think the article is not so much focused on Portman as the "Black Swan," but her as the almost criminally beautiful (stealer of hearts) and how effortlessly professional she is while doing any of her selected roles.  It seems the directors and film industry who pick her are always marvelously intrigued by her intensity to rise above the limitations obstructing achievement (she is "in real-life" a harvard grad).  They are breathless after she invokes full-attention to her drama and makes the audiences believe that she is what she intends to convince them of.  On a fashion note, I liked the pictorial best because she has such a natural whim for style (and modeling) as well.  She is pictured in a back-drop familiar to a french cottage-style or chateau-looking, antique-setting "draped" in queen-like gowns that give off the crisp, white-linen appeal coveted by dancers, actors and drama-queens (male and female) alike!
I would suggest the news stand or the magazine rack (local or vendor) to pick up this month's feature actress: Natalie Portman.  Or, if your a slow starter/burner, I'm sure you'll find this "Vogue" at any used bookstore for a bargain!
